Sometimes things don't go as planned! Building integrations is tricky business due to the fact that we rely heavily on the stability and performance of the systems we are integrating. XOSync uses XERO and ONTRAPORT's respective API's.

"Curl error: Operation timed out after 20000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received"
The above error usually means that we are not getting a response in time from either Xero or Ontraport. Please wait 30 minutes and try again.
"Token has not been provided'
The above error message is also related to Xero not providing a Token as expected on connecting your Xero account to XOSync. Please allow for the page to fully load before clicking anything as sometimes this is the cause of this error. Otherwsie try again in 30 minutes.
If any of these errors persist, please contact support and we will do our best to investigate and release an update to fix it.
